If those words are negative, they can hurt not only the speaker, but others as well. An alternative way of expressing emotions, both positive and negative, is through dance!
We can show you how, with Tahitian dance techniques.
These techniques involve the use of muscle groups that are not usually utilised in day-to-day life. By training those muscles and dancing with music, you gain the necessary flexibility to express your emotions.

TYPES OF DANCE
Otea is a dance that is performed to the rhythm of various types of drums, the sounds of which fill us with power! We dace it using dynamic hip movements.
Aparima is performed using melodic songs. By dancing dramatically and with emotion, it touches people's hearts and fascinates them. The emotions and the lyrics of the songs are expressed through slow hip and arm motions.
